The Uncut Behind the Kissing Scene of "Be With Me"

Be With Me by Eric Khoo, is not a new movie. However, it is interesting to see how the actors and actresses rehearse their scenes.

In one of the scene, you can see Ezann Lee and Samantha Tan kissing.

Nice!

Who is behind "The Days"?

I am not sure too? However, Internet is the easiest way to find the answer. :) Before we start, here are some trailer of the movie The director: Boi kwong Believe it or not, he is a lecturer. Some information on him. BOI KWONG, the director and creator of the project – whose story is inspired by his own personal experience – has over 10 years of experience in film production. Boi graduated from Temasek Polytechnic as the top student and recipient of an AVID scholarship. He then pursued his Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communications at Curtin University of Technology, Australia. His strong work attitude and eye for direction propelled him to receive the Special Jury Prize award at the Singapore International Film Festival’s Silver Screen Awards in 2000. He has since worked with acclaimed production houses on television commercials, music videos and feature film projects. Currently, Boi is a lecturer at the Institute of Technical Education (ITE) College East. He also sits on the Digital Audio & Video production developing committee at the institution. Boi volunteers with the Prison Service, teaching screen writing and video production to the inmates of Kaki Bukit prison school. This film has taken him years to prepare and is his feature film debut. The Cast JUSTIN CHAN, 陳嘉健, was discovered during the Singtel Sinema Mobitions, an open audition call contest in 2007. IVAN LIM, 林殿文, is currently a student at Temasek Polytechnic. ADELE WONG, 王惠珊, plays SHAN SHAN, the voice of reason with her own untold past. This will be the versatile actor, singer and host’s first feature film. Adele has appeared in such short films as “Idle Dreams”, “Garden Girls”, “Pixie Crushers” and will soon be seen in “A Game of You”, part of the “Dystopia” project helmed by 10 Singapore directors. She has appeared in numerous television series and TV commercials including Kids Central’s “The Magic Garden” and “Ubin Boy”. Adele is also singing an original song 《懂 Knowing》 for the film. Adele is represented by Fly Entertainment.
AVERY ANG, 洪國雄, Derrick R., Kevin Tan, 陳宋良, Anthony Levi Kho, 許智強, portray the remaining three of “The 4 Heavenly Kings” – COCKROACH, the loudmouth; DOG, the silent fighter; TAUPER, the motorbike riding free soul – and their surrogate leader JEREMY TAN. All newcomers - they performed all their own stunts in the film. Anthony is a professional photographer who also served as the film’s on-set photographer. JASON HO, 何書盛, plays RAT, the rival gang member who clashes with our lead characters. Jason also served as the film’s on-set photographer and is a student at the Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts. YEO YANN YANN, 楊雁, was last seen in 2007’s smash hit “881”. For “歲月 THE DAYS” she has transformed herself into a feisty beer lady – JINHUA. Her role as Mei in the film “Singapore Dreaming” garnered rave reviews. Independent film credits include “High Cost of Living” and “Heave”. Yann has also appeared in a variety of Mandarin television sitcoms and dramas in Singapore like “Buo Yin Ren” and “Feng Niao” as well as Channel U’s variety programme, “Food Gone Bananas”. She also appeared in a local telemovie, “18 grams of Love” and a Ch 5 series, “Stories of Love 2” and “Mualaf”, by the renowned Malaysian Yasmin Ahmad. Veteran Mediacorp Artiste RICHARD LOW, 劉謙益, plays LIU LIAN SU (DURIAN UNCLE). Richard has appeared in the acclaimed “Singapore Dreaming” by Colin Coh and Woo Yen Yen, as well as Jack Neo’s “I Not Stupid” and recent “Ah Long Pte Ltd”. He has acted in over 100 television series. In 1997, he won Best Supporting Actor in the Star Awards for his role in “Silver Lining”. (source)

The Days *Blog Aloud*

The Story:
Based on a true story THE DAYS tells a cautionary tale between two brothers, set between 1989 and 1990. In a misguided effort to teach BABY (IVAN LIM ) independence, and to make him feel protected, ZI LONG (JUSTIN CHAN) brings him into his own gang of delinquents, introducing him to his group nicknamed The 4 Heavenly Kings DOG, the silent fighter; COCKROACH, the loudmouth and TAUPER, the motorbike riding free soul together with their surrogate leader JEREMY TAN. Unknowingly, his decision has thrown them both into a tumultuous and violent world that will, in different ways, imprison them both.

This movie will be shown on 9th September at GV Vivocity with Director Boi Kwong and the Cast.

Here are some pictures I had taken at Vivocity today.

More of Money No Enough 2 Video

Internet is such a wonderful invention although the initial use is for military purpose. Anyway, here are more clips on Money No Enough 2.

Have you had enough of "Money No Enough 2"?

I have not. It is a good movie. Expected a lot of laughter but saddened by the whole story. Jack Neo knows Singaporean very well. He had almost covered the woes and troubles about parenting and money well.

Here a novelty item that he added for this Money No Enough 2. He actually made a "no talking" clip to promote his new film. Not new for other film but something new from him.

This is one of the promotion clip.

Here's a picture of the cast.
